I spent my afternoon in Wedding Planning Heaven... Oh my God, I'm still just reeling from the absolute best customer-service experience, EVER... I hope the up-and-coming event planners, as well as the other "event sources" that are still trying to compete here in Iowa realize how high the bar really has been raised.
